They are very inconsiderate about purchases and returns, my daughter accidently bought an item and she never used it at all but they refused to exchange with the one she likes. Very unethical business and items are so expensive. The staffs also very rude except one girl.
I had a disappointing experience at BSW. The staff were often unhelpful and came across as having a negative attitude. When I asked questions, the responses felt dismissive and, at times, rude, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of any business, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure customers feel respected and supported in the future.
They have everything you need from clippers to Afro picks and accessories. The staff is so friendly. Su is the best
