I bought a retractable awning from bst about 20 years ago. I had to replace one of the arms once and I had to replace the switch once. ((Both incidents were my fault) Allen Sardone helped me both times. If I lived in Rochester instead of Texas I suspect we would be friends. Super nice, helpful professional. No problems with shipments. A great experience in every way.
