Our closing got pushed off from a Monday (they delayed just two hours before we were supposed to sign then tried to blame it on us) to Friday and, although we signed at 10:00 AM, they managed to push the transfer of funds until the following Monday and now it is 10:00 AM on Monday and our bank has no receipt of a transfer still. I am shocked at the behavior of the company 1845 Title, which is under BSpoke Title and their disregard for doing things as they should.
