Looked at a Subaru, liked it except for paint issues and AC didn't work at speed, only at idle. Test drove, made an offer, offer accepted by Zac with condition that ac be fixed. Came back 3rd time, ac still not fixed, had to wait for someone to bring can of freon, 1 hr, I told them freon not fix it, compressor issue. I was right, test drove again, no ac. This was Saturday. They said they would get fixed. I had to do some work in CATAWBA, w no phone service. Home 9pm. They were closed on Sunday. Messaged I could be there Mond... read more

Excellent customer service, men of their word. Great engine and transmission. Just in time for summer-AC and heating work perfectly
We purchased a Crosstrek from Zach, he was very accommodating and easy to work with, the car needed a couple updates and he made that happen.
