HORRIBLE!!! Terrible experience....don't waste your time. The owner is a disgrace!! I made an appointment with owner (Barbara) to take my 11 year daughter with alopecia. We drove over an hour and she didn't show up until 45 minutes later and only because other lady working there was able to get ahold of her. This store does not seem interested in acquiring new business. I called to inquire about a specific wig before making an appointment and driving over to the store which can be difficult due to my chemotherapy treatments. The person I spoke with was not familiar with more popular synthetic hair brands (Jon Renau) and styles which came as a shock being that they have been in that business for years. Thank you Northwestern Dental I cant say enough about the entire team a Northwestern Dental. I am a fearful patient and not always easy to work on but Dr David and his staff explained everything to me in detail along with pictures of my tooth problem and made me feel really comfortable. When the work was done it was fast and painless. i cant say enough about this office, i will defiantly refer to them.
