BSL group have been fantastic with helping me with reconstruction of a balcony on a very old 2 storey house . Tam is amazing, will bend over backwards to help you . Seriously give them a call .
Sean from BSL helped us out with grinding back a few soffits on a project in Melbourne. The work completed was in line with our expectations and will use them again for future concrete remediation works.
BSL were awesome to deal with over at one of our School projects, would highly recommend moving forward. Tam in particular & the team made things happen super quick when we were under pressure at times which is highly appreciated.
Botched my Garage floor. Originally laid a white flake which I did not ask for and asked for Matt finish and recieved gloss finish! Had to get them to red do the floor twice. They said the grinded it which they did not. Got epoxy on the walls and my driveway. Left gumboot imprints and holes in the floor. Missed spots.
I had a really unsatisfactory experience with BSL. Friendly enough but the quality of the finished work was really really poor. I had a slab that needed to be repaired after some plumbing work and thought I should get it professionally done. Ended up having to redo the whole thing myself. I got a much better result and and at a tenth of the cost they charged me I would be very wary of engaging them from any smaller jobs - just dont think they are set up to do them
