Unprofessional Behaviour and Poor Communication! I called to make a booking and was told I had to pay a deposit or the booking wouldn’t go ahead. I assumed the process was happening immediately and that I’d receive a confirmation or receipt nothing was said to suggest otherwise. Only after I gave my bank card and license details and asked for confirmation did she tell me she wasn’t even in the office and had just written everything down to process later when she gets in.
