Lisa was real knowledgeable explaining test results. I'd rate them higher but very difficult to reach any body by phone. Sometimes no one does, keep calling back which is frustrating. Perhaps its due to short staff. Folks are competent when you interact with them. Fortunately, my testing needs for a new home is one and done.
Great place. Helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
