Amazing company. They communicated with each homeowner in the subdivision by email through the process. They were extremely conscientious of a quick turnaround due to our street being right off a main road. They were great to replace my neighbors driveway at the same time so the neighbors wouldn’t be bothered with the equipment on the street at a later date. We were charged exactly what the contract offered. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowner, subdivision or prop management company.
Terrible company. No communication. Spent all their time doing a neighbors driveway instead of finishing our street. Their guys and machine just sat around for hours each day instead of finishing our street. I am a property manager of hundreds of homes and condos and will never use this company. Added extra charges on the bill too. They say they want to talk about my concerns, but will do nothing about it. This is the same rhetoric you will see when they respond to this review. They are just talk! STAY AWAY!!
BSI is great - I can always count on prompt responses and thorough estimates. Jeremy Kochis has been wonderful to work with and always provides great service.
From start to finish, working with Jeremy and Adam at BSI Sealcoat and Paving was a truly 5-star experience! Despite a few inevitable hiccups along the way (as can happen with any large project), their open communication and transparency were exceptional.
