Very professional. They do file for insurance. Of course it's not up to them whether the insurance pays for it or not but at least they file for it.
Excellent customer service. Have used this company for years. Accommodating to customer needs from an array of items: adult diapers , leg wraps to rollators and wheelchairs for family members. Highly recommended
