Had some cracked bricks and mortar replaced. Three days later the same area that was fixed cracked again. BSI said their work was under warranty and they would come out the next week to repair. However, five weeks later nobody has returned I can’t get a response. I paid cash and even gave a little extra because they were courteous but the work they did didn’t hold up.
RecommendedI highly recommend James ! He did a excellent job on inspecting and thoroughly cleaning our chimney ! I am an interior decorator , I own Crystal Monkey Interiors , I will be referring him to all of my clients now !
Love the work they did!!! He educated us, which we LOVE! He also took pictures of a few issues we had and explained what we were seeing and explained what it could cause if we don’t get it fixed. We will DEFINITELY use BSI again!
Not responsible or professional! Don’t text me to tell me you need to reschedule my service call, pick up the phone! Serious issues keeping track of their appointments, wasted my time.

They re-pointed the chimney Aug of 2016 and with all the rain with had this summer not one leak or dampness in the house from the chimney. Thank you.
This company has got to be one of the most professional and customer oriented company's I have ever had do any type of work on my home. They completely reworked my chimney. They communicate with you on a daily bases and make adjustments to accommodate your schedule. Their cost was reasonable and they even provided coupons to give to other folks needing their type of service.
