First right off the bat, I'm going to tell you it seems like if your an O.T.R. driver your definitely not on their priority list ... These types of shippers that tend to have Alot of local drop & hook truck driver may get better treatment because they pick up & drop more often ... Anyhow, I arrived for my 1:00 pm pick up appointment and was told a couple hours later that 2nd shift would be loading me ... They gave me an excuse that the serial numbers we're right on the original pick up order ... I felt like they just pushed ... read more
First time being here never coming back to this shipper. Arrived early and ended up waiting forever to get loaded WORST SHIPPER EVER.
Buen lugar para entregar, 24 minutos. Hay 2 oficinas de recibing. Al salir el guardia pide tu ID y toma foto de placas del camión , detente dónde te indique o te va a gritar.
Second shift comes in at 16:00. Loading is fast, about an hour. There is a restroom
I have been here for pickup. Very strict o appointment time. I had appointment at 8PM. I went there in the morning they told me to cone back at 6PM. It took 5 hours to get out of there. If u take appointment time into consideration it took atleast 3 hours to get done. You can go to small rest area in the same exit for parking.
