First in class environment State of the art facility James Young teaches the proper technique. Safety always at the forefront of training. Provides motivational leadership while developing a foundation of trust.
My 17yr old son and 14yr old daughter have both benefitted tremendously from their training at BSF. James and his team create detailed workouts tailored to their development needs and closely monitor their progress. More importantly, there is a strong culture in the gym that keeps them engaged and motivated to keep working hard. I would highly recommend BSF to any athlete looking to improve their performance.
Both my sons are a part of the BSF program. They absolutely love it!!!! James, Jamnes and Adam are amazing. My oldest has cut his 60 time down by .8 seconds in less than a year. We highly recommend!!!!
I would say that having my son join BSF has been one of the best decisions from a sports perspective our family has made in most recent years. As a parent you have a vison for your son but may not necessarily know the proper way to lay it out or take those next steps. From day 1 our comfort level with James and Team has been great. The BSF team has done an amazing job. James and his team are extremely knowledgeable in how to correctly perform the training, as well as transition workouts during different time periods of the year. My son receives custom workouts based upon his position as a pitcher. The results are measured so you can see the improvement.
