Brandon failed to replace the axle bearings and seals in accordance with warranty compliance when he installed an axle in my car, and SIX WEEKS LATER the axle FAILED. I had to take it to a Ford dealer to get it done RIGHT. Because he failed to follow the warranty procedures, the axle wasn’t covered. I’ve had to involve the NE AG and NE BBB, and eventually took him to small claims court- and WON. But now he refuses to pay. This is how he treats travelers who break down on the road, especially if they’re not from Nebraska City... read more
