BSD Property Management treated my nephew as if he were their son. After making a mistake of "double-booking" his apartment, they found another one within an hour and have him a rent discount to make up for it, as well as having it cleaned and ready to move in without the hour. Then when my nephew had to move quickly to take a job in another state, they not only forgave the last month's rent, but moved his refrigerator and boxes to my garage.
