I have had my water softener serviced by BSC for the last 20 years (2001). They have always taken extremely great care of us. I purchased my softener from them in 2001 and have only had to have them repair a small leak once in 20 years! They deliver salt regularly to my home in Port Barre and they have never ever let my salt run completely empty. I would never dream of hiring someone else to maintain my water softener. The salt is so reasonably priced too!!
I can’t give BSC WaterCare ANY stars but because it won’t let me post without it, they have 1 star. This is very sad. You are a small business in these times and you can’t give the customers you have good customer service. At least 2-3 times a year, I have to call to find out why they haven’t serviced my water softener fir 2-3 months. I have extremely high levels of iron in my well water.
