I got in touch with Bsaunas USA as I was looking to install a 5’x8’ custom sauna in a pool house I was having built. They were very helpful when I called and Alex accommodated my schedule to meet during off hours to go through build and design options. I also hired them to install it. When the installer arrived, we discovered the room was framed to smaller dimensions than expected. Vadim made adjustments on the fly and now we have a sauna we are very happy with. Reached out to Alex and within 2 weeks I had a sauna delivered, assembled, and ready to go. Alex was extremely easy to work with and schedule with. The guys that came to assemble were clean and efficient. Knocked out the entire project in under two days. Once the electrician made the connections, heater started right up. No no time it was 200 degrees. Love it. Thanks Alex!
