Outstanding customer service: Ordered some replacement elements for my 9KW Huum unit. There was some delivery challenges due to shippers and the parts were delivered to an incorrect address. Bsaunas were absolutely great to deal with as we figured out the issue and they looked after me without question, sending another shipment as soon as they could. Great dealing with a company that looks after its customers!
