SLAVA From Customer serveice Helped save me from a Moldy situation! Hi' I called today because I am seriously worried about a contractors opinion. Slava from customer service helped and gave me free advice and told me to use asphalt paper on the concrete underneath the 2×4. Because my contractor wanted to put plywood underneath the vapor metal sheeting. it was extremely helpful as my contractor didn't want to budget on the idea.thanks Slava
Great experience buying our sauna from here. They surprised us with early installation and very happy with the final product. Also Alex guided us well for all the installation with our contractor and electrician..the after care service was even better as I needed some fixes and Bsauna went out of their way to make it happen. Highly recommended.
This is spring I bought a Narvi wood-burning sauna stove with an incorporated water tank for our sauna. Bsaunas were wonderful to deal with. I won't go through all the details of arranging shipping, returning the platform (which we didn't need and they refunded), but will highlight an issue with the water tank. It had a slow leak. Bsaunas got me in touch with Narvi in Finland and they helped me figure out where the leak was coming from.
