They will damage your rims, and they do not take accountability for it! I have before photos of my rim before I got to this place with zero scratches, and after I got my car back, I found a chip, the paint came off, pointed it out nicely to them, and they all started shouting and kicked me out. Not to mention, they placed my rim face facing the concrete on the ground, and I noticed that and took a photo… you never place rims facing the ground. I ordered some aluminium rod for a next day delivery. A week later and still not arrived. Not that far from Peakhurst to Newcastle. Very poor service indeed.
