BUYER BEWARE - Placed order for a sleeved Abus chain on June 30th. Over a week later, still had no update as to status. Signed into my account to check status and it stated, I "have placed no orders." Huh!!? But that didn't stop them from charging my credit card on July 2nd. Don't charge my card until you're putting the product in the box with a shipping label attached, and it is on its way out the door to me. Scandalous! I purchased a Middle Atlantic RCS2724 Essex RCS Series Pre-Configured Rack from BSA. The rack was damaged and they offered no help or compensation. Purchase at your own risk, unpack and inspect immediately. I emailed them, they initially responded and never got back to me again. Horrible customer service.
Ordered a door closure and it took over a week for this item to even get in the cue to shop as I was told. I sent an email 4 days after ordering and I received an email back stating I would have a tracking within 24 hours. Three days later still no tracking. Horrible customer service. If you want something shipped in a timely manner, don’t use these guys.
