Equipment is in bad condition, weights have lost their coating, cable machines are rickety. The car park gets shut with little to no notice whenever the cricket club feel like it. Security can be openly hostile to members. To top it off, the gym has no air con whatsoever, staff will tell you it has when you are signing up but this is not the case, this makes the gym literally unusable in even slightly warm weather because of heat generated by exercising people. Avoid.

Horrendous service. They took £397 of membership fees after I emailed to ask to cancel and came into the gym and asked to cancel. They have proceeded to either ignore my emails or gaslight. I would avoid at all costs

Was a member of the gym for 2 years. As a powerlifter and boxer the gym was perfect for my needs and I have had excellent workouts there. The staff there are great and is have a good community there. The reason for the 3 stars is upon leaving the gym due moving away, the gym has a one month cancellation policy, even though I have left the area I have to pay two direct debit instalments. This has ruined the experience for me and probably won’t go back to the gym if I move back to the area, I won’t argue the payment as it’s in... read more
