Amazing design, poor installation and terrible customer service. If the follow through had been there,‘I’d have given 5 stars. Now I am stuck with cabinets that are damaged with missing pieces.
Absolutely fantastic experience with B&S, specifically Brandon. I had a kitchen drawer (trash can drawer) that was coming off the track and missing the end cap on one side. Brandon talked me through the measurement and identification over the phone, gave me a game plan, and was at my house within the hour. Replaced the problem hardware and had my drawer back to brand new in about 10 minutes. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend B&S Woodworking for your carpentry needs.
Produces some of the most beautiful cabinets. Quality!
