Been going to this local small engine repair shop for a few years now. Never have I had a bad experience. Brian is up front and honest with the equipment you send his way and his wife Lisa is extremely clear on pickup/drop off and pricing. If you’re in the surrounding area this is the shop to choose. I reached out to BS Small Engine in July about a tractor that wasn’t running. I spoke with Brian and explained that it was a former pulling tractor that drove way too fast, and I wanted it adjusted to run safely at normal speed. He assured me it was something he could do. After 11 weeks of waiting, repeated calls for updates, and sending the tractor back three separate times for the same issue, it still wasn’t fixed.
