I have had the best of service treatment and respect from this facility.... Recently, I had a pain in my side and called at eleven thirty in the morning and I had an appointment at two fifty that afternoon..... They have been very patient and considerate regarding my referrals to other doctors and helped me deal with the nonsense of insurance bureaucracy and all the crap that that implies.... I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Huy & Dr. Do’s office. I called and was able to make an appointment for my mother a week out who is on Medicaid for a check up. The office was busy and as expected, but we didn’t mind. Took in total of 2hrs from check-in, vitals, met the Dr, and had labs drawn. Took about a week when we got a miscall from the office about results. Tried calling back a few times with no answer, and still trying as I type this. Do not go to this doctor. They do not care about you. It takes days to get lab results and you will be waiting for hours to see the doctor. There were no parking spaces today and I had to park in the grass pay the parking lot. This is a terrible doctor's office. The staff will hang up on you when you call to ask for lab results.

Dr. Huy is great but the staff there is just terrible. Ive called countless times to set up an appointment or try to get updates on referrals but either someone picks up and place you on hold and never get back to you or no one ever picks up. I would leave my contact info for them to give me a call back but never receive any call backs on multiple occasions
