The administrative staff at this doctor's office are terrible, and the billing manager is even worse when dealing with patients. I went there for a general check-up and subsequently received a bill. I questioned the charge because my insurance covers annual check-ups, so I didn't understand why I was being billed for the visit. I’m a current patient, going through 2 bulging disks and few other big medical things. I have been trying to get into contact with ANYONE for over 2 weeks. Notice how many times I’ve called EACH day. Ive left voicemails each time. I’ve even tried text…my pain management hasn’t received the referral, and it’s already been 5 weeks of me using a walker. I’m NOT even 30!!
