I had work done to install a grounded circuit to 3 outlets so I can finally hook up an air conditioner in my room. 2 electricians showed up, installed the outlets, and accidentally punched a hole in my stairwell drywall with their tools. After the work was performed, I received a call for an appointment to have "their drywall guy" come by to make a repair. He didn't show up and every time I call I can't reach anybody. I'm rather displeased.
