This is the best home care agency I have ever worked for, they treat their employees very well, and they look out for the best interests of their employees, Good teamwork, and team management make sure the carers are all okay before setting out for the day duty. Thanks to all the Bscare management team.
Okay with the support that I have received since they became my care provider 12 months ago. The people are good at their job and they make every day much easier for me. There has been a few changes that have been an major inconvenience at times due to the carers having very busy schedules outside of providing my care and myself being a younger person in education full time. Nothing is ever simple and things do takes time to have consistency,regularity and routine. It's not terrible service but is far from perfect.
Great team of helpers for my 76 year old disabled mother. Friendly, reliable, very flexible, excellent communication, just a great team. Would recommend 100% if you need assistance

I have been receiving personal care and cleaning from BS Care Management for several months. Social services had initially arranged care from another company which was awful. I saw a different carer each time. I’m disabled and have a chronic pain condition which leaves me in constant pain in various areas of my body.
