If I could give this place 11 stars I would!! Buckle up yall! I have a story. It’s a hot summer day in August and I’ve spent the entirety of the morning getting the oil changed in my car. Shout out to my dad and son! I’ve had trouble with the skid plate on my car but my dad has been able to usually tie it up with zip ties which he did again this time. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I drive a 2011 GMC Terrain, and this is not the first time I’ve trusted this shop with my vehicle. Earlier this year, they replaced my engine, later repaired my key fob issue, and most recently diagnosed my vehicle as needing a new alternator. My SUV would not start unless it was jump-started. It would run briefly and then shut off, so I brought it back to them. I was charged a total of $1,089, which included the tow, the alternator, and $616 in labor. On our trip home, the truck sprung a fuel leak. Pushing fuel through the low pressure fuel sensor, Mason and his people took care of us. Running to Lagrange just to find out the ford dealer had the wrong part on hand. Mason took us to the hotel and picked up the next morning, and already put the sensor in the truck and verify their was no leaks. My hats off to his shop for getting us going again, and taking care of us.
I normally do not leave reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience with BS Care Care regarding repairs on my 2008 Acura TL. In November 2025, I initially took my vehicle there because it was running hot. I was told it had a coolant leak, and the repair along with an oil change cost around $240.
