Bill has been nothing but amazing. We're only half way through the job and all the issues with literally having to build new walls without any complaining. If you're having a new bathroom don't hesitate... I waited 6 months but he's now booked up until next July... don't even bother reading that 1 star review it's bullshit.
Bill did our bathroom in June this year and we aren't happy with how he left it. He had an electrician he works with remove a shower power cord from our ceiling and left a hole around an inch in diameter in our ceiling. He chipped away a lot of the paint on the ceiling and when he replaces the doorframe, he left that a mess as well and left it as untreated wood. Bill is an excellent craftsman, he has totally transformed our bathroom. Very professional, always on time and clean tidy. We would highly recommend.

Bill completely remodelled the 1970s (!) bathroom and cloakroom. He has done a fantastic job. Turns up on time, is professional and practical, works efficiently, is reliable and has completed the project to an excellent standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
