The most dishonest company to deal with, your shipment is not safe with them, I paid for services which were not provided to crate my TV and the TV got damaged during shipment. They said I had no proof that the crating service was requested even though I showed them their own invoice and proof of payment. I paid for the insurance and they denied the reimbursement.
