We were very impressed with the service and care that we received. Our personal items were arrived at a preferred time and all items arrived in perfect condition. We would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend this shipping company.
The staff were VERY polite and efficient. Right from the collection of my cargo in Orangeville, Ontario to the unloading and unpacking of my belongings in Panama. The lovely crew in Panama put everything where I wanted and set up my beds. Everything was intact and undamaged. They took all the garbage away with them. It made the enormous task of changing countries so much easier. This company is highly recommended for an international move.
Having moved all across North America multiple times for work, we have experienced highs and lows. Moving from Canada to Portugal is another story altogether. The process takes well-coordinated efforts, and IMS played an integral role. In my career that has seen us move a dozen times across North America, I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best moves. Nothing missing, nothing broken, and outstanding service from end to end. Thanks for a job well done!
