Compagnie avec des techniques d'affaires très douteuses. Ils s'arrangent pour vous facturer des montants en extra à répétition. Très peu réactif, sauf pour collecter leurs factures. Ils vous informent le jour même pour vous livrer vos effets et lorsque vous êtes dans l'incapacité d'être présent, ils vous facturent des frais supplémentaires d'entreposage. À la livraison, les livreurs sentaient le cannabis à plein nez. Bref, horrible compagnie. À éviter !
Recently used Brytor for an international move, and the whole process went very smoothly. The packing team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and followed instructions carefully. On the other end, delivery was right to my door, and the customs process was managed seamlessly. Customer service responded quickly to my questions, and the movers were attentive and professional throughout. Très déçue car la livraison était très très en retard ( plus de 3mois! ) On m’avais pourtant assuré que le délai était entre 6 à 8 semaines pour une livraison entre Montréal et Marseille. En plus m’ont aussi demandé des extras pour un volume inexistant!
J’ai fait appel à Activ Moving pour un déménagement porte-à-porte de la France vers Montréal, leur correspondant sur Montréal a été Brytor et je suis ravie de leurs services ! L’équipe a été disponible, professionnelle et très efficace du début à la fin. Mes affaires sont arrivées en parfait état et dans les délais annoncés. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accompagnement rassurant et leur sérieux ! Je recommande Brytor sans hésitation.
