I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted I am with this company and a loan officer Kyle W. He tried to say he could beat USAA rates and then tried to use our money to buy down the rate without telling us. On the day of the signing we discovered this issue and refused to sign the papers. After being discovered he then waived the buy down fee and since we did not want to miss out on the house we loved we signed the papers.
