Mel & Norm always do an amazing job catering whatever events I’m at. The food is delicious and service impeccable. The venue has history and warmth. It’s always nice to visit.
We chose Bryston’s because of all the great reviews and things we had heard when we booked back in 2022 for our 2024 wedding. Here’s a list of pros and cons based on our experience. ** Mel and Norm are the owners of the venue. Pros : - Beautiful venue - Delicious food - Scenic for photography - Courteous staff - Mel was pleasant to deal with Cons: - Building was dusty when we arrived for set up (had to clean this ourselves) - Mel and Norm were hard to get a hold of. its clear i cannot afford this type of chariot
Bartenders were super rude with wedding guests and were over heard talking trash. Forgot wine at the head table and they did not have enough food for the guests. Poor management and service do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and the hastle and hire someone else.
