The process of buying my FIRST home was horrible with Meritage. The customer service the people working , the worst, my closing date was moved , because construction was not finished by the time that it was said 1 month prior ! The construction managers , don't work with you at all, they ignore all requests you literally have to beg these people for them to actually pay attention to you, I have been waiting almost 4 months for someone of the customer side of the Meritage process to get some stuff done to my house & nothing h... read more
