I met Troy at a gas station. Troy was working there as his second job. He convinced me to get a mortgage from him so I applied. Things were going good until Troy rabidoux went to a drug rehabilitation facility. My closing happened and the rate was so much higher than he quoted me. I called Troy but he was not around. Oh well.

My husband and I met Troy Rabidoux at a stop club down the street from where we were living temporarily. Troy Rabidoux was there spending money like crazy. He told us he had the lowest interest rates on mortgages so we applied with him. We gave him all our financial documents and a deposit. We never heard from him again. Phillip I applied for a mortgage with Troy rabidoux and gish darn was I shocked at his behavior. At the application Troy saw I had $200,000 dollars in the bank and he asked if he could borrow $20,000. I was shocked and thought it was a joke but he was serious. My name is Becky and I worked with Troy rabidoux at Union home mortgage for over a year. I am notifying the public that this man low balls all his quotes and waits to close people when they need the mortgage the most. His business tactics are egregious and at times has brought me down to tears. Just be careful in dealing with Troy rabidoux and get everything in wrong from the office as he can not be trusted.

My wife and I delt with Troy rabidoux for 6 months till our closing. We were very dissatisfied with the services provided, the missed phone calls and the delays in the process .

I recently went to Denny's and our waiter was troy rabidoux. He overheard me talking about getting a new mortgage for our home purchase. Troy said he could help and his quote was great so we applied with him. The process took way to long and troy disappeared right after we signed the application and gave him everything he needed. At the closing my rate was over 1 percent higher than his quote. Troy was no where to be found and I was stuck with a really bad payment. If I could give this company a -0 that is exactly what they have earned themselves. A total of 3 extensions and then we come to find out that they mis calculated the seller's property taxes - using $1,000.00 - whose property taxes cost them this much?? Then, the only way to close this deal from their suggestion ask the seller to lower the price down to $9,600. Seriously??? Do they not realize how ridiculous this sounds? I was very disappointed by this loan officer. Nothing he said upfront was true. He seemed so nice at the beginning but after all the documents were in everything changed. Nothing he said was true. I went to closing and my rate was an adjustable when it was suppose to be a fixed rate. He just disappeared when I called and called. I would not recommend him at all
