If I could give this company a -0 that is exactly what they have earned themselves. A total of 3 extensions and then we come to find out that they mis calculated the seller's property taxes - using $1,000.00 - whose property taxes cost them this much?? Then, the only way to close this deal from their suggestion ask the seller to lower the price down to $9,600. Seriously??? Do they not realize how ridiculous this sounds? The reason for this two star review is due to lack of communication. Bryson Burt did not return calls when requested by email and when you call into the office. The process was difficult throughout. Maybe things would have been smoother if he would have just communicated with me. He had the time to speak with our Financial advisor but couldn’t speak with me directly. I wouldn’t recommend him if you want an easy experience.
