If I could give a zero star I would. Rick is very flaky and unreliable. He never shows up on time
DO NOT HIRE. Hired for a job. Never showed up. Took us month to get deposit money back.
This guy is a hack. Steals money from people. But at least $2200 isn’t a lot. Received a deposit and never showed - then never returned the money. Good guy.. NOT
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- a review like this would have saved me $2,200. Bryon Schulz plumbing took a $2,200 deposit for a job and then never showed. A month later, the deposit has not been returned and Bryon or Rick will not respond to text, email or phone.
On 9/12/23, my wife pre-paid Rick Smith $1,250 for 2 toilet installation and a pipe repair. One of the toilets could not be installed and Rick received full credit from his plumbing supply for that toilet (per his email having received it). After many email, texts, phone calls, and him saying he’s sent a check out, we’ve never received a check yet. He took advantage of my trusting wife who paid him in full before any work was done.
