I have never been so deeply hurt as to get an email that in 33 days, my rent payment was increasing BY $370/month. I’d called that apartment home for 4 and a half years and Kevin and his team spared no sympathy. He gave bullshit excuses like “it’s the market value” and “trying to increase the rent steadily would’ve been a logistical nightmare.” You know what’s actually a nightmare?
