I rented from Kevin as he purchased the building I was living in within 2 months of moving in. My lease auto renewed May 1st of every year unless given notice 60 days in advance of change from either side. The first August he tried to raise my rent about 200 dollars. I had a very negative experience renting from Kevin Gardner of Brynwood Rentals located at 208 S 4th Street in Lewisburg, PA. During my tenancy, he entered my apartment without permission and without providing the required 24-hour notice. This occurred while I was actively providing patient care, which created a serious concern regarding privacy and professional confidentiality. What a disappointing conclusion to living in a place that was much more enjoyable when owned by Remax. When Kevin purchased the apartment complex in which my mom and I were living, one of the first things he did was have the AC unit removed from the wall right before the weather started getting hot (with no touch-up afterward), followed by increasing rent by $270/mo despite no upgrades to our particular apartment.
