I can objectively say that I hate this apartment complex. Unfortunately I can't rate it zero stars. When I moved in February of 2021 it was OK at best. As and as time went on it only got worse. This has literally become the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in or dealt with in my entire life. Don't move here unless you're on hard times and want them to become harder. This place has gone down week by week in the last 2 years I have been here . Dogs poop everywhere in the grass , on the steps , at the mailbox nobody cares it just sits stinks until it dries , nobody enforces the breezeway trash policy to the point people are basically putting furniture and 7,8,9 bags of trash that sits out allll weekend . Maint crew pretends to clean the grounds they walk past big trash . People walk their dogs without leashes . I pay for parking and my neighbors don’t . My mom has been living at Brynwood for a while now and this is by far the best it’s ever looked. New maintenance and the girls in the front office are doing a dream job. Super friendly and helpful. She just renewed for another 14 months.
This place is ridiculous, mad Workers , and I was looking for a place to live and went to my friends to swim at (brynnwood apartments) and we walked in and this lady started cussing and complaining, don’t stay here !!
I’ve just renewed my lease ! Huge thank you to Richelle for always having an open line of communication with me and being quick to resolve or provide reassurance during my stay here ! For my kids and I we’ve had a nice experience here at Brynwood
