Jorge the PM is amazing. Looking forward to seeing him give the property the recognition it deserves.
Visted Brynwood today and was impressed by the location, the gorgeous property, and Jorge, the property manager is top tier! You can tell he truly cares about what he does and is organized and quick to action. They have Google Fiber which is what led me to the property in the first place. The best internet ever!

I can objectively say that I hate this apartment complex. Unfortunately I can't rate it zero stars. When I moved in February of 2021 it was OK at best. As and as time went on it only got worse. This has literally become the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in or dealt with in my entire life. Don't move here unless you're on hard times and want them to become harder. This place has gone down week by week in the last 2 years I have been here . Dogs poop everywhere in the grass , on the steps , at the mailbox nobody cares it just sits stinks until it dries , nobody enforces the breezeway trash policy to the point people are basically putting furniture and 7,8,9 bags of trash that sits out allll weekend . Maint crew pretends to clean the grounds they walk past big trash . People walk their dogs without leashes . I pay for parking and my neighbors don’t .
