Dr. Schumacher is awesome. She is a great doctor and she was wonderful to work with. However, because she only works At Logan regional Hospital, it was a difficult experience. The hospital is I think overburdened. Lab work sometimes takes an hour or more before they get you in, and the induction scheduling process was a nightmare.
I am sharing our experience so other families can make informed decisions. In late 2022/early 2023, Dr. Schumacher performed a D&C for my wife following a miscarriage. Following the procedure, my wife experienced prolonged, significant discomfort and repeatedly expressed her concerns to Dr. Schumacher, explicitly asking if any tissue might have been left behind. Dr. Shumacher is one of the greatest physicians I have ever seen. She is caring, intelligent, and listens to anything you have to say. I love her!
Love this office for my care during pregnancy. I've never been in a office that is so quick. I've never waited more then 10/15 min max to get back into a room and then Brynn comes in very shortly after. She is very personal and caring.
