Cleaned my ear of wax, cleaned my hearing aids and stopped the whistle in the right aid - suddenly my hearing was good again and she did it all with a smile and patience while answering all my questions.
Brynn was great,on my first visit she conducted a hearing exam she went over the results telling exactly what my problems were and how we could help them,she suggested hearing aids. I was a little apprehensive at first but I trusted Brynn and now that I have them I trust her even more and so does my wife.Brynn has really improved my quality of life by hearing now and not asking people to repeat what they said thank you so much Brynn !!!!
She was personable, concerned and caring. Always making sure I was safe and explaining each step along the way. She made the testing very short and sweet.
Very prompt and professional. Very good bedside manner.
Dr Ashmore was so pleasant and helpful. She explained every test and the purpose and was not in a rush to get me in and out.
