Had a fantastic first massage by Bryn! She took the time to learn about me, my health history and my reason for coming to see her, all prior to the massage. She really took the time to explain her process so I knew exactly what to expect. She offered some exercises to do to alleviate some of my back pain. The massage was awesome! I already booked a follow up!
