My mother passed away from Covid with complications of congestive heart failure 4/12/2020. I had to get the coroner to do a post mortem swab because facility said it was not in there administrative policy. She lived in the assisted living area for over a year because that is what she wanted . Some of the CNAs and nurses and other staff were awesome and others left a lot to be desired . You have a woman there by the name of Veronica butler who is very nasty messy and disrespectful all the time I don’t see how she still with ur company I never meant a disrespectful woman like her in my life and hope not to you all can do better with ur employees

That is easy, kindness, compassion, efficiency and dedication . Elderly people or those who are in need of extra care and Bryn Mawr Terrace is where they will find it

My mom stayed here after a stroke in August, 2018. Everyone is friendly and accessible. The nurses and aids are great. My mom said that if she had to be in a rehab again, she would pick Bryn Mawr Terrace

My father-in-law was at Bryn Mawr Terrace for 3 days post surgery and it was a nightmare. The room was run down and dirty. Clear plastic packing tape around the windows, broken shades, dirty vents! The facility has a sick kind of smell; somewhere between dirty old carpets, urine and stuffiness. The first night they brought him someone else’s meds. Horrible place to work!! DON and ADON are critical, unprofessional nurses who get frazzled when they have to do the job. Admissions is desperate to get people in there. Will take bed bugs and all.

My mother had wonderful care at Bryn Mawr Terrace. The facility does not smell, the care is awesome. The staff in general are friendly and nice. Physical therapy really helped and cared about my Mother. The food was presented very nice and was good. The nursing staff know there stuff and the Dr. and her PA really took and interest and cared about her. I was able to go to work and know she was well looked after. It was like a weight was lifted. I defiantly recommend this facility to others!!

I go twice a month with my dog Norman. He's a therapy dog and we visit the residents, it's always a pleasure. The staff is also very friendly to us every time we are there.
