This facility and its staff are top notch. My friend had hand surgery there recently on several occasions. The staffwas wonderful! Starting with Danell Steed at reception, who took pains to welcome my friend warmly and care for me while I waited in the lounge, the whole experience was as pleasant as possible. Linda Ponne, RN and Nicole, RN (both in pre-op) were equally capable and welcoming. Both went out of their way to accommodate us and make the visit a success.
