Brian & John are great--my mom used them for many years and I've used them for the last several years. They've been great whenever I needed them, and several times I've called and they were honest and said it was not something I needed to have them out for, versus trying to upsell me.
Just called about a plumbing repair we need completed in our basement and the man I spoke with was incredibly condescending and rude. I asked about scheduling an estimate and he said he does not give estimates for this small a job, so I asked what a price range might be, which he wouldn’t give me. Then, when I asked what his availability is to complete work like this, he spoke to me like I was an idiot for considering doing the work without a price.
