My partner and I custom designed my engagement ring here and we couldn’t have been happier. Bryn Mawr is very responsive via email. And we worked with Mara at the shop who was very nice and knowledgeable. She worked with us from the beginning and was very patient with us even when we were indecisive and changed the designs last minute. My partner and I purchased a fragile necklace from Bryn Mawr. The piece very quickly got a small kink near the clasp so we took it back to Bryn Mawr for them to just cut out the kinked part and shorten the necklace. During that servicing, Bryn Mawr kinked the necklace further to the point that it was beyond repair. They offered to replace the necklace with a more durable piece of equal value, which they would need to order as they did not have anything on hand. This shop is truly the best. We have worked with Britt to find two special engagement rings and wedding bands. Not only was she extremely patient but went above and beyond to make me and my now fiancée feel special. I highly recommend going here for any jewelry need!!
Bryn Mawr was absolutely amazing! I took in my damaged engagement ring after seeing other great reviews and I’m so glad I did! They fixed it perfectly on the spot for WAY cheaper than my original ring jeweler wanted to charge me. Everyone in the shop was super friendly as well. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs from now on.
