I had such a great experience at Bryn Mawr Jewelry Co! They were able to repair my watch incredibly fast and saved me a ton of money compared to what I was expecting to pay. On top of that, the staff was so nice and friendly—they really made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend them for anyone needing jewelry or watch repairs—you’ll be in great hands!
This shop is truly the best. We have worked with Britt to find two special engagement rings and wedding bands. Not only was she extremely patient but went above and beyond to make me and my now fiancée feel special. I highly recommend going here for any jewelry need!!
Bryn Mawr was absolutely amazing! I took in my damaged engagement ring after seeing other great reviews and I’m so glad I did! They fixed it perfectly on the spot for WAY cheaper than my original ring jeweler wanted to charge me. Everyone in the shop was super friendly as well. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs from now on.

I absolutely love this jewelry store. They have worked on several pieces of jewelry for me including tightening prongs, resizing a tennis bracelet, repairing stones in rings, polishing, etc. Everyone who works there so welcoming and relaxed, it doesn't feel like a stuffy or uppity jewelry shop. I never feel rushed or like I am asking too many questions /inconveniencing them when I am trying to decide if a piece is worth the cost of repairing.
