Horrible and disgusted customer service walked right out 🤬
I absolutely love this jewelry store. They have worked on several pieces of jewelry for me including tightening prongs, resizing a tennis bracelet, repairing stones in rings, polishing, etc. Everyone who works there so welcoming and relaxed, it doesn't feel like a stuffy or uppity jewelry shop. I never feel rushed or like I am asking too many questions /inconveniencing them when I am trying to decide if a piece is worth the cost of repairing. We got my engagement ring here and had the most wonderful experience! They also fixed a few pieces of inherited jewelry for me and did an amazing job!
The best! Scott & Jill, the owners, are running a real stand-up operation. Friendly staff, great selection and the perfect location.
Had my great grandmother's ring repaired, resized and polished. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. The ring looks better than I have ever seen it.
