A most unfortunate experience. The color applied to the roots did not match my hair color, and the stylist made my blow dried hair look like I had just gotten out of bed. I was also told by the stylist that the quality of my hair was "bad" when I complained about the quality of cut, color, and styling I received. You never blame the customer for shotty workmanship. I would recommend going elsewhere.
Skip always does a great job with the little hair I have left. I have been going to him for years and I live in several cities, but Skip always gives me the best cut.
