Love this place! Lived here for 3 years while I was a student at Villanova and you can’t beat the location. Everything was taken care of quickly and I never had any issues.
I lived here from 2024-2025. Management is completely incompetent. On my move in day, I called ahead to confirm when I would be there, but when I arrived no one was there to give me my keys and no one answered the phone. The only reason I got in was a maintenance person who just happened to be there. After move in day, they still almost never answered the phone for my entire time living there. Since Altman took over it has been a huge improvement! They repainted the lobby and hallways and are finally renovating the elevators. I have no issues with maintenance. Always pleasant and handle all my issues.
It's not the best and not the worst place to rent. All of the appliances worked, and I never had any trouble with the shower or sinks. That being said, it's not the cleanest. There is very old grime that just got painted over. Door hinges and hooks are also painted over, and the doors are hard to close as a result (my bathroom and closet doors never did). Living here felt like living on the set of a horror movie. The maintenance staff are some of the laziest worst people I have ever met. On one occasion they fixed a sink drain while I was out of town and I came back to LYE (I know because they left the container there) literally exploded all over my bathroom, wall to wall and floor to ceiling. They left no notice that they had been in my unit and would not pick up the phone to remove the lye so I could use my bathroom. Worst of all, they walked right past my cat’s litter box ... read more
