This place was AWFUL and managed by the worst people (except Mike - shoutout to Mike). I lived here for a year and after only two months started counting down the days until I finally left. There were two snowstorms, and during both of them my heat broke with no one available to fix it. This continued several times throughout the winter, causing my apartment to drop to unsafe temperatures and when I asked for help, i was told it was just “hourly shutdowns” that happened to last all night. Lived in a studio here for a year while working nearby. I'll start with the positives. You gotta know what you're in for if you live here. It's really only got the price and location going for it, and I'm sure that rent change in the next few years (edit - it already has). It's close to Septa, which is actually a big plus. You can get to center city in like 30 min if you time it right, and the service is pretty reliable. The area is very nice (All of the main line is, but especially around the universities). Love this place! Lived here for 3 years while I was a student at Villanova and you can’t beat the location. Everything was taken care of quickly and I never had any issues.

I lived here from 2024-2025. Management is completely incompetent. On my move in day, I called ahead to confirm when I would be there, but when I arrived no one was there to give me my keys and no one answered the phone. The only reason I got in was a maintenance person who just happened to be there. After move in day, they still almost never answered the phone for my entire time living there. Since Altman took over it has been a huge improvement! They repainted the lobby and hallways and are finally renovating the elevators. I have no issues with maintenance. Always pleasant and handle all my issues.
