Terrible. I had a physical, reviewed my 1 medication a low dose anxiety med, and was on my way. When I went to refill the med, there was 1 refill on it. Dr Matthes said we never talked about the med, which we had. Either she didn’t take notes, or she was just lying. After several phone calls, and emails, the she would not put more refills in and demanded I make another appointment. She acted like I was looking for oxi. It’s 10 mgs of lexapro. They just wanted another copay. What a scam.
Worst health care ever! Been to 3 Different doctors there. All who have hurt me and made my condition worse, then turned me away. I was put on many different drugs for the wrong reasons. Things that were not even wrong with me nor was the reason I was there! Which made me sicker and sent me to the ED. I have unexplained side effects from any type of thyroid replacement drugs.
