Greedy lil selfish people don't care about the place and mostly people here, broken AC in the middle of Arizona summer, which, it broke down over the weekend and no we were not put into a hotel, washing machines don't work as they only produce hot water, manger here NEVER does her job and answers the phone like avoiding all the problems here (she changed her number and didn't bother to email us or idk post her new number) and the maintenance half ass every job or probably don't get paid enough (not their fault). Don’t Buy here….the HOA board has no idea what they are doing and they just keep raising the monthly dues and blame it on inflation. Not sure what they do with the money because the water heaters keep breaking down & broken lock on the doors. The laundry room has gotten even worse. The parking lot is a disaster. The pool area is very uninviting. I blame the HOA….PERIOD.
Living here was the most horrific experience of my entire life. My car was broken into in the back alley and my entire living space was composed of about 200 square feet. Unless you feel like you need to be humbled, don’t ever consider living here.
decent apts/townhomes. useless HOA expensive and lacks proper maintenance of public areas.
