Don’t Buy here….the HOA board has no idea what they are doing and they just keep raising the monthly dues and blame it on inflation. Not sure what they do with the money because the water heaters keep breaking down & broken lock on the doors. The laundry room has gotten even worse. The parking lot is a disaster. The pool area is very uninviting. I blame the HOA….PERIOD.
Living here was the most horrific experience of my entire life. My car was broken into in the back alley and my entire living space was composed of about 200 square feet. Unless you feel like you need to be humbled, don’t ever consider living here.
decent apts/townhomes. useless HOA expensive and lacks proper maintenance of public areas.
Very nice, quiet condo complex. Excellent location, on the bus line but also walking distance to ASU campus. Landscaping is well maintained, and the HOA does a good job managing the property.
