Perfect Detail I truly never believed it would be possible to have my car looked new again, but I've been proven wrong. The detail job the guys at bryn mawr car wash did was amazing. So good, that my wife left her car off to be detailed the following day. A perfect job!!! A+++
Bad Business!! 6/2/2011 Pulled into Bryn Mawr car wash, asked for the "full service" wash, told the guy that the car was pretty dirty, asked him to give it an extra spray before entering, he told me that he could only get the car clean if I paid for extra service. I declined, saying that $14 was all that I wanted to pay, and they should be able to get the car cleaned for that amount, he INSISTED that if I wanted my car cleaned that I would HAVE to pay more. Overcharged, Rude, Poor Wash I used their $8.99 coupon for my car wash but was then told by the cashier inside that the real price was $12.71. She couldn't explain why. She called over a man who was very nasty and rude, yelling at me that I was "holding up the line" and that "next time I should look at my ticket." He was very intimidating - tossing three one-dollar bills on the counter for my refund and shouting. I couldn't wait to get away from him and will never go back. And the wash job was awful.
Scary and Horrid Car Wash just had a scary trip to BM Car Wash. Got the basic wash and the one person who spoke English said it only included a car wash, vacuuming and windshield - no tires and pointed to a long list of extra charges. The car and the windshied still had bird dirt and tree sap on them and when pointed it out he pointed to a sign and said if you want the car spotless that is what you get - it was a $189 charge on a poster. Bryn Mawr Car Wash & Detail lacks detail Car looks clean, but under closer inspection windows are not cleaned and console areas dirty, too quick to rush you out instead of looking into what needs to complete your car. 8/25
Scam My car came out very clean, however, I was ripped off and am not happy. I chose the $13.99 Silver Express package and was given a receipt with this amount. When I went to pay I handed the cashier a twenty and he told me that it was 23.99. I questioned him and he said that I had also gotten a $10 super squeaky clean something or other package. Great job This car wash does a great job. There are several different options for the wash that they do, but they all do a great job on your car. Before the car goes through the car washing garage, the people there vacuum out the inside of the car. After the car comes out people then wash the inside dashboard and windows.
